Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not available once customization has begun.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer:

• Replacement of the product
• Store credit equivalent to the purchase value

Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
• Once customization begins, cancellations are not allowed.
• If cancellation is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Pricing and Payment Breakups

We follow a transparent pricing policy:

• Base Price: Cost of the product.
• Customization Charges: As per selected add-ons.
• Taxes: GST and other applicable charges.
• Shipping Charges: Based on order value and delivery location.
